James Bailey, DO, FAAPMR is the Director of the Neuromusculoskeletal Institute (NMI), Chair of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Associate Professor at Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine. His practice focuses on chronic pain treatments including osteopathic manipulative treatment, opioid management and prescriber education, and addiction. Dr. Bailey is a co-director of the Southern New Jersey Medication for Addiction Treatment Center of Excellence. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Temple University Hospital/MossRehab, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Bailey has authored a textbook chapter on musculoskeletal medicine, and his research explores alternative methods for chronic pain management.
