If you need to cancel, all cancellations for the Annual Assembly and preconference courses must be submitted in writing via email to
registration@aapmr.org or via mail postmarked by October 13, 2026. Cancellations submitted before October 13 will receive a refund of all fees paid, minus a $150 processing fee, processed 7–14 days after notification is received. Cancellations submitted after October 13 or over the phone will not be accepted.
